Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Progress Coach to support learners across levels and courses, delivering tailored guidance and support. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pastoral support and act as an advocate for your cohort of learners
  • Monitor attendance, represent learners at meetings, and liaise with parents
  • Offer ongoing emotional support and safeguarding referrals as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with young people in a supportive capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Administrative and organisational skills
  • Confidence in using technology to support learning
