Key Responsibilities

As a Learning Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting learners with complex needs, ensuring they receive the necessary support to succeed academically and personally. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing individualised learning plans
  2. Maintaining accurate records of learner progress
  3. Communicating effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders
  4. Participating in regular training and development sessions
  5. Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and resources

You will work closely with our teaching staff, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to supporting our learners. Salary Range: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
