We are recruiting a Child Development Advocate to work in a nurturing primary school environment, focusing on supporting a child with specific needs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling them to implement effective learning strategies and interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored support plans for the child.
  • Collaborate with teachers and specialists to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate in a relevant field (Psychology, Education, etc.).
  • Experience working with children with special needs or behavioral challenges.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
