About the Position

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing one-on-one and group support to primary-aged children
  • Implementing individualised learning plans in collaboration with the teaching team
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assisting with classroom activities to promote child development

Responsibilities

  1. Support children with SEN or additional needs
  2. Develop and implement individualised learning plans
  3. Collaborate with teachers and parents to support child development
  4. Adapt to different learning styles and provide tailored support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Experience working with children with SEN or as a Learning Support Assistant
  2. Qualifications in education, psychology, or related fields
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Empathy, patience, and a passion for supporting children with diverse needs
