Requirements:
  1. Experience working with SEN children or as a Learning Support Assistant is highly desirable.
  2. Qualifications in education, psychology, or a related field would be advantageous.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with staff, students, and parents.
  4. A genuine passion for supporting children with diverse needs and a flexible approach to meeting individual child needs.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary and Benefits: A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus opportunities for ongoing professional development.
