We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Housing Support Professional to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd in Staines, UK. This rewarding role involves working with vulnerable members of the community to ensure access to safe and stable accommodation.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £37,640 (based on 35 hours per week and £18.00 per hour). Key responsibilities include:
- Providing face-to-face support to tenants and rough sleepers to assess their needs and provide housing solutions.
- Managing Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) cases, prioritising resident safety and well-being.
- Collaborating with local authorities, outreach teams, and housing providers to deliver comprehensive support services.
- Developing and implementing personalised support plans to enhance independence and security.
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to performance goals.
For this role, we require:
- Previous experience in a similar capacity within social housing or support environments.
- Strong skills in supporting rough sleepers and vulnerable adults in challenging situations.
- A valid UK driving licence and reliable vehicle for regular travel across Westminster.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and support to vulnerable individuals.
