Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Folkestone Services restaurant.

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring that all shift work requirements are met. This includes orienting, assisting, and coaching employees, as well as monitoring operations and allocating resources.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for ensuring that all standards are met, including production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing and leading teams within a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer-focused environment. You will be a strong communicator and will be able to build relationships with employees and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of employees and ensure that all shift work requirements are met

Monitor operations and allocate resources as needed

Ensure that all standards are met, including production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards

Requirements:

Experience of managing and leading teams within a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer-focused environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build relationships with employees and customers alike
