Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at our brand new McDonald's restaurant in Folkestone services on the M20 near Hythe.

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees, ensuring all standards are met, and driving sales and profitability.

You will work closely with the management team to build sales, grow profitability, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing and leading teams within a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example and display customer-focused behaviours

Deliver personalised service and connect with customers

Adapt to customer needs through your team

Answer customer queries and keep up to date with knowledge on our food and promotions

Use initiative, confidence, and problem-solving when interacting with colleagues and customers
