Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at our brand new McDonald's restaurant in Folkestone services on the M20 near Hythe. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring that all shift work requirements are met. This includes orienting, assisting, and coaching employees, as well as monitoring operations, allocating resources, and solving any operational issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example and display customer-focused behaviors to delight our customers

• Deliver personalized service and connect with our customers

• Adapt to customer needs through your team

• Answer customer queries, keeping up to date with knowledge on our food and promotions

• Use initiative, confidence, and problem-solving when interacting with colleagues and customers
