Folkestone Shift Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an energetic and adaptable Shift Manager to join our McDonald's team at Folkestone Services. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all standards are met by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor operations and reallocate resources as needed
  • Solve operational problems and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of McDonald's staff and provide guidance and support
Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in retail or hospitality
  • Passion for customer service and ensuring a positive experience for customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
