IT Security Governance Director

**The Role**
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Defence Manager to lead our cybersecurity efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a secure digital environment, using your expertise to protect data, systems, and network infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cybersecurity, as well as a strategic approach to managing risk. Key qualifications include:
- A recognised professional certification such as CISSP, CISM, or similar.
- Significant experience in cybersecurity management, preferably within a medium-to-large organisation.
- Extensive knowledge of security technologies, risk assessment, and vulnerability management.
The successful candidate will work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement effective security solutions, manage real-time threat detection, and oversee the deployment of security solutions.
**Location**: Chesterfield (90% remote)
**Salary**: Up to £75,000 + Bonus
