Business Development Manager

Ina8 Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience within the Security Industry and a proven track record of driving profitable growth.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish new sales channels
- Manage and develop client relationships
- Drive profitable growth
The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to set and achieve sales targets, provide end-to-end client support, and ensure disciplined follow-up. A valid UK driving license and 5-year checkable work history are required.

Remuneration Package:
- £30-£40k basic (dependent on experience)
- OTE Uncapped
- Company Car + Fuel Card, Iphone and Laptop
- Pension
- 25 Days Holiday
- Hybrid role (office and field based) times to be confirmed.
