- Generate new leads and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Effectively communicate with potential customers to drive revenue and profit growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with prospective customers
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' businesses and identify cross-functional service opportunities
**Requirements:**
- Proven track record of B2B sales and business development in the logistics industry
- Demonstrable achievements in a similar role within the logistics market
- Strong understanding of working collaboratively across functions to achieve success
- Experience of working within a fast-paced, high-growth logistics environment
