We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Administrator to support our Chair and Chief Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our ambitious goals.

Job Description

As a Senior Executive Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Chair and Chief Executive, including managing their diaries, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. You will also be required to work closely with our Relationship Managers, Communications team, and external stakeholders to ensure that agendas are confirmed and necessary briefings are commissioned.

You will have experience of working at a senior level, ideally supporting a Chair or Chief Executive, and possess excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing. You will be self-motivated, resourceful, and able to take the initiative to deliver results. A positive and professional outlook, combined with experience of dealing with sensitive issues, is essential.

Requirements
  • Substantial experience of supporting at a senior level, ideally a Chair or Chief Executive
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and always looking to take the initiative to deliver results
  • Team player, collaborative, and capable of forming positive working relationships with contacts at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills, orally and in writing
  • Experience of working with Boards, Positive and professional outlook
  • Excellent IT skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft packages – Sharepoint, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint – is essential

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus benefits.
