Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Executive Assistant to provide senior leadership support. You will work closely with our executives, supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our business.

About the Role:

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 5 days a week onsite at our Horseferry House office in London. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives, including diary management, travel arrangements, and event organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedules, coordinating travel arrangements and events
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including reports and presentations
  • Handle expense claims and procurement, adhering to company policies
  • Provide technical support for IT queries and maintenance
  • Coordinate logistics for team meetings and events
  • Assist with creating and managing contact lists and distribution groups

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior leaders in a commercial environment
  • Highly computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Experience using technology for meetings, including video conferencing and instant messaging
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range:

The salary range for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
