Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of executive assistant experience, preferably within the Financial Services industry.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to provide administrative support to designated Senior Managers and their teams in the London Branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management and meeting arrangement for Senior Managers
  • Organizing travel, arranging visa documentation, and monitoring time keeping
  • Acting as the delegated expense and travel approver for assigned Senior Managers
  • Completing and checking expense reports in a thorough and timely manner
  • Coordinating internal committees and meetings, including Commodities Markets executive committee and Market Risk Committees
  • Organizing meetings and introductions internally and externally
  • Liaising with other departments and international offices
  • Screening phone calls and handling enquiries

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record of executive assistant experience
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
