About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Float Team Assistant to join our client's team in the City. As a key member of the trading floor team, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to senior executives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars for senior executives and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements">
  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including preparing documents and presentations">
  • Coordinate room bookings and arrange for equipment and materials as needed">
  • Assist with expense management and preparation of reports">
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders">

Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize competing demands, and strong communication skills. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have experience of using Microsoft Office applications.

Working Hours

">

This is a full-time position, working 5 days a week from 8am-5pm. The successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business.

Salary and Benefits
