We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in the Middle East.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in an EA / PA / Office Manager or Secretarial position and will be responsible for providing administrative support to executives.

Job Description:

Company Overview: Our global client, based in the Middle East, is currently hiring for several Executive Assistants to join them.

Responsibilities:

  1. Diary and inbox management
  2. Organising travel itineraries, visa applications and expenses management
  3. Ad-hoc administrative duties

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in an EA / PA / Office Manager or Secretarial position

Benefits:

  • £55,000 - £60,000 (tax free)
  • Low living expenses – your own apartment for $100 - $200 per month (this includes all utility bills)
