We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team in Central London. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a PA and strong technical skills in MS Office, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the director's diary, email correspondence, international travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks. This is a part-time position that requires supporting a leader with significant international board commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Manage the director's diary across international time zones.
  • Email Management: Manage email correspondence and respond to messages on behalf of the director.
  • International Travel Arrangements: Book and arrange international travel for the director.
  • Board Paper Preparation: Prepare papers for board meetings and take minutes during meetings.
  • Personal Administration: Provide personal administration and lifestyle management support to the director.
  • Project Support: Provide project support and create presentations as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years' experience as a PA.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in MS Office, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Organisational and Communication Skills: Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • International Travel Experience: Experience with international travel booking.
  • Autonomy and Anticipation: Ability to work autonomously and anticipate needs.
  • Executive Support: Proven track record of supporting senior executives.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this part-time position (£40,000 - £50,000 pro-rata) reflects the company's commitment to providing competitive compensation for talented individuals.
