Job Title: Senior Executive Administrator

This role is an exciting opportunity to work as a senior-level EA for a global insurance company based in the City. The ideal candidate will have a solid and steady EA background, preferably at Board level within insurance.

The current EA is due to go on maternity leave, and we are looking for someone to stand in for her until her return. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the diaries of Board Directors and Head of HR, dealing with Board papers, and organising meetings.

  6. Event management
  7. Corporate hospitality
  8. Involvement in Senior HR projects

We require a proactive and experienced EA who can work independently without the need for hand-holding. This role offers 2 days work from home.
