Job Description:

As an Administrative Operations Manager at CV-Library, you will be responsible for managing the administrative operations of the Sales team. This includes preparing reports, allocating leads, maintaining operational procedures, and data management of the CRM system.

About the Role:

  • Manage the provision of complete administrative support to the direct and indirect sales teams.
  • Prepare reports, allocate leads, maintain operational procedures, and data management of the CRM system.
  • Produce daily and weekly reporting with analysis of trends and relevant MI data to the senior sales management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and process emails, ensuring all correspondence is addressed promptly.
  2. Compile daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports with analysis.
  3. Manage incoming leads, processing new business applications, and supporting the sales department.
  4. Act as sales enablement support, producing daily and weekly reporting with analysis of trends and relevant MI data.
  5. Coordinate the administrative needs of the Sales team and management team as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong Microsoft Office software experience, including Word, PowerPoint, and expert Excel skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Willingness to assist and support others as required, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced organization, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Dedication to the role, with a willingness to show flexibility when required.
