We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at Medlock Partners in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in administrative roles.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, supporting client engagement processes, and providing exceptional administrative support. Key responsibilities include managing client onboarding, preparing engagement letters, conducting ID and AML verifications, and assisting with KYC and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Compliance Support: Ensure seamless client onboarding by verifying identities, preparing necessary documents, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee office needs, including facility maintenance, postal duties, and inventory management.
  • Scheduling & Hospitality: Coordinate diaries, meeting rooms, and visitor management, ensuring a warm welcome for all guests.
  • Presentation & Proposal Assistance: Prepare engaging presentations and proposals, working closely with senior team members to ensure brand consistency.
  • General Administrative Duties: Assist with invoicing, formatting documents, and other general office tasks as needed.
  • HR & Training Support: Provide support to the Operations Director with recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and related HR tasks.
  • Event Coordination & CSR Activities: Assist in planning company events and supporting corporate social responsibility programs.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Participate in health and safety measures, including First Aid and Fire Warden responsibilities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a confident and organized professional with prior experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within professional services. Essential skills and attributes include technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, good IT skills, dependability, teamwork, organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and a customer service mindset.

Estimated Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum.
