Job Overview:
Architectural Coating Solutions (ACS) is seeking a dedicated Operations Administrator to join our team. As a critical member of the ACS team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational efficiency and administrative functions of the company.

Ideally, we want somebody who can work Monday, Thursday & Friday, but there are options to pick up some more hours when required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organise and maintain office operations by implementing administrative systems and procedures.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, typing, and organising and maintaining records.
- Support the team with general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in coordinating work schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Ordering materials, hire equipment and booking accommodation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines effectively.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £24,199.70-£40,172.71 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 24 per week
