Job Description:


As a Recruitment Administrator at BCL Legal, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our successful teams by ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment processes. This role combines recruitment administration, compliance tasks, and head office reporting.


We operate in a high performing, fast-paced environment, and your contribution will be integral to our continued success.


Key Responsibilities:


* Support for Consultants: Provide daily support to our team of professional recruiters, helping them with administrative tasks and ensuring a streamlined recruitment process


* Events Management: With the teams, coordinate and promote events to facilitate networking


* Website and Social Media: maintenance of website and social media platforms to maintain an engaging online presence


* Database Administration: Manage and maintain our recruitment database to ensure data accuracy and accessibility


* IT Support: Offer basic IT support to the team and liaise with our IT department for more technical issues


* Facilities Management: Oversee and assist in various facilities management tasks to maintain an efficient and comfortable work environment


Requirements:


* Proven experience in administrative role/s, preferably within recruitment or a similar fast-paced environment


* Great organisational skills and attention to detail


* Strong communicator


* Proficiency in using office software and tools


* A proactive and adaptable approach to tasks


* The ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritise effectively


* An enthusiastic and positive attitude towards teamwork
