As HR Operations Manager within Arrow Global’ s Group People Services team, you’ll coach and lead a team to deliver essential core HR services, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and offboarding, for Arrow UK & Centre, within a shared services model. This hands-on role which includes overseeing payroll & processes for multiple platforms and countries supported by the Group People Services team, and requires practical, direct experience of managing manual and automated payroll management.


With a focus on accuracy, consistency, and high-quality service, you’ll bring a pragmatic yet thoughtful approach to aligning Arrow Global HR BAU processes to support the business as we continue to scale at pace. You will spot opportunities to align standard HR processes and practices, and where you may need to adapt or create bespoke processes to suit specific regulatory, country, and business requirements. Through close collaboration with stakeholders and HR teams, you’ll drive industry-aligned, efficient, compliant, and cohesive HR operational support across the Arrow Group.

  • Deliver efficient HR operations across functions, regions, and platforms, meeting employee, regulatory, and company requirements.
  • Manage HR operations processes across multiple regions and entities, with a strong focus on payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and regional payroll regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to optimise HR systems and processes.
  • Provide leadership with actionable insights via tailored HR metrics and reports.
  • Drive change management for new HR processes, systems, and policies, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.



What You Bring:


  • Proven HR operations and payroll expertise in a complex, multi-entity environment. Including payroll processing, systems, and regional payroll laws/regulations.
  • Experience managing third-party payroll vendors, ensuring service levels and issue resolution.
  • Significant experience in HR systems, employee data management, and international payroll administration.
  • Leadership skills with a focus on efficiency and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Strong experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP).
  • Exceptional project management and communication abilities.
