Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across teams: Work with different departments to streamline operational processes and help us continue striving for success.
  • Data-Driven Impact: Conduct regular reports for the Senior Management Team to help track business goals, highlight trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Upskill and Innovate: Liaise with external system providers to stay on top of the latest developments, providing support and training to ensure our teams are always ahead of the curve.
  • Operations Support: Assist the Operations Manager with reporting, training, and managing relationships with external providers.
  • Compliance and Solutions: Work closely with the Contracts department to ensure we’re up to date with compliance requirements and find payroll solutions that work for our contractors.
  • People-Focused: Take control of our people initiatives, from supporting retention, conducting engagement surveys, through to managing resources, leading rewards & incentives and coordinating social events.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to help create proposals and solutions that will support the sales teams in winning new business.
  • Financial Partnership: Work with our finance partner, on new features that improve our processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems, Bullhorn would be advantageous.
  • Understanding of global mobility processes and international compliance regulations is a plus.
  • Experience in operations, recruitment, HR, or administrative roles is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
