About the job
Eleven are looking to hire an Operations Assistant to be based out of our friendly and highly energetic in an excellent location of the city centre. As Operations Assistant, you will play an integral role in the business by supporting all departments as well as general office maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who has genuine interest in how a company operates. Reporting into the Business Manager, your responsibilities will include
- Smooth running of the office on a day to day basis, for staff, clients and visitors
- Support and work closely with our contract recruitment team
- Company compliance
- Assistant to Directors
- Supporting supplier management
- Ordering office essentials
- HR, Finance and Marketing administration
- Assist with Business Reporting
- Keeping track of the company’s social and environmental impact
**Requirements**:
- Experience working in an office management/compliance role. Ideally with a recruitment company but this is not compulsory
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised
- Eager to learn
- Strong IT Skills
- Effective time management

Pay: £23,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
