Key Responsibilities:

Technical Administration: Ensure the resilience tool is operational, manage colleague access, and liaise with the tooling provider for system optimisation.
Governance Reporting: Assist in preparing and submitting accurate governance reports to management and regulatory bodies.
Management Information: Compile and analyse data to support team decision-making.
Data Entry: Input critical business service mapping data promptly and accurately.
Scenario Testing: Provide administrative support for scenario testing, including scheduling and documenting outcomes.
Meeting Minutes & Action Tracking: Take minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-up with stakeholders.
Platform Maintenance: Maintain and update the resilience tooling platform, supporting analysts with up-to-date data.
Documentation & Records: Ensure accurate documentation of operational resilience activities in line with regulatory standards.
Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate smooth operations by working closely with the Head of Operational Resilience and the team.Skills & Experience:

Basic technical knowledge of software tools (desirable).
Proven administrative experience.
Proficient in Microsoft applications (essential).
Experience with Power BI (desirable).
Strong communication skills, empathetic, with high emotional intelligence
