**HOME** is the sole in-house partner for 35 residential towers across Manchester City Centre. We take considerable care in delivering a suite of exclusive services that include Laundry & Dry Cleaning, Minibar, Butler, Housekeeping —all performed by our dedicated team, ensuring the highest quality and integrity.

Operations Administrator

**Duties**:

- Perform various administrative tasks to support the operations of the company
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilize Google Suite to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and copying documents
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Perform clerical duties such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks

**Skills**:

- Proficient in computer skills, including the ability to use various software programs
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Accurate and efficient data entry abilities
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
- Ability to type with speed and accuracy
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus

**Salary**: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
