**About The Role**:
Vacancy for a Part Time Administrator to provide a high level of administration to internal and external customers for the Healthcare & Education Sector. You will manage a high volume of transactions via various methods including telephony (inbound & outbound), order processing, web traffic and maintenance of files which will be audited for compliance purposes. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients delivering exceptional customer service standards whilst taking full ownership of the end-to-end resolution of all query types meeting where applicable, always delivering customer service excellence. You must be self-motivated, flexible, able to work under pressure and able to work under your own initiative as well as being a team player. Computer literacy and excellent communication skills are fundamental elements of this role. Knowledge of Microsoft office/ Excel is paramount whilst carrying out this role.

**Main Duties and**
**Responsibilities**
- Updating budget and cost reports ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Working closely with the other colleagues to improving proficiency and ensuring a consistent focus on what is important to the business/contract
- Inputting data accurately and attention to detail are a must when both logging and raising queries which will then be referred to the appropriate resolver for action. Obtaining as much information as possible is vital when logging requests in the system.
- To collate and prepare weekly/monthly client KPI reports to agreed SLA timescales. Capturing all required data for analysis by both Account Managers and clients. You will be required to collate data around both financial and service level KPI's.
- To ensure full administration activates for all new supplier procedures are detailed on the in internal systems
- Ensuring that on all queries the client is kept fully updated at all times. Closing the loop on all queries, ensuring that a query has been resolved to the client's satisfaction is essential
- Liaising and challenging our suppliers to meet SLA's and gain information correctly
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies
- To update the internal systems ensuring that there is a full history on all requests logged prior to closing these in the system. Proactively contacting service streams for updates on queries so that Knowledge of the differing OCS Group Services to log requests to the correct service stream for action and resolution
- To be prepared to undertake any duties which will benefit the company
- To assist the Commercial Support Manager with regards to updating contract documentation, monthly spend reports
- To assist with minute taking for meetings on and off site

**Experience and Qualifications**
- An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Previous demonstratable Customer Service Experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a call handling environment & administration essential
- Ability to multitask
- GSCE Standard or equivalent (English & Maths)
- NVQ in Administration or similar
