Role Overview
Input absences into the Scheduling Software, assist with forward rostering across all portfolios.
Communicate with Operations Managers regularly regarding staff absences/lateness.
Communicate with all service providers daily regarding fulfilment requirements.
Communicate and confirm a shift on the system for employees who struggle to use company APP.
Monitor volunteers on the system and inform Operation Managers where gaps can be filled.
Check and report any fatigue management with the Operations Manager 
Cover any leave/ absence/ emergency within the department.
Use required systems per business needs.
Advise officers on correct procedures for Booking on/Annual Leave/Complaints
Direct Officers to the correct Operations managers for internal issues
Inform the Operations manager of any issues raised by employees. 
Undertake any Adhoc duties requested by the operations team.

Essential Skills

Knowledge of scheduling preferred but not essential, training will be given.
