About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment where students feel confident to express themselves.
  • You will build strong relationships with students, staff, and external professionals to support holistic student development.
  • You will support the teaching and learning process to ensure students achieve their full potential.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £28,500 - £33,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. You will also receive access to CPD courses, a welcoming team environment, and opportunities to celebrate your achievements.

Requirements:
  • BSL Level 2 qualification or above.
  • Experience working with deaf students.
  • Passion for supporting the academic and personal development of deaf students.
