Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to support our team in delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to fee earners, including mail management, data entry, and document scanning.
- Assisting with the maintenance of office procedures, including health and safety protocols.
- Contributing to the performance review process and undertaking agreed training and development activities.
- Providing reception cover when required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of daily tasks, including:
- Opening and scanning incoming mail.
- Preparing and sending outgoing mail.
- Providing advice on mail delivery methods.
- Scanning and copying documents.
- Distribution and tracking of unreferenced mail.
- Creating new client paper files.
- Data input for closed files and client documents.
- General maintenance of MDFs, including IT support and supply orders.
- Updating library materials.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
