### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our financial services clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to our financial services clients, including document management, report preparation, and data entry.
* Manage incoming and outgoing post, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
* Liaise with stakeholders across the business, providing excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Assist with organizing and managing events, including logistics and coordination.
* Perform general office administration tasks, including diary management and ad-hoc projects.

### Requirements

* Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a financial services environment.
* Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
