About the Role:

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking an ambitious and organized individual to join their team as an HR Office Assistant. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive benefits package and the opportunity to develop your HR experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR team with various duties, including managing recruitment and onboarding processes, updating employee details on the company's HR system, and handling general HR-related queries.
  • Assist with HR projects, such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and Wellbeing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the office by covering reception when required, organizing team events, and supporting with administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Previous HR experience is not essential, but a willingness to learn and develop your skills is essential.

What You'll Get:

  • Salary: £24,000-£28,000 per annum.
  • Full-time hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
