About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our busy HR team at Page Personnel Finance. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support and assist colleagues with a range of general queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including processing new starters, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Recruitment Administration: Assist with recruitment administration, including liaising with candidates, maintaining records of recruitment activity, and ensuring timely processing of new starters.
  • HR Database Management: Update and review information recorded on the HR database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Leavers Processing: Process leavers in line with company practices, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Correspondence and Reporting: Generate correspondence using mail merge, DocuSign, letter, and email templates, and prepare reports using Crystal software and/or MS Excel.
  • File Management: File electronic colleague paperwork and delete records and individual data in accordance with company GDPR compliance policies.
Requirements
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Manage a busy and varied workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with colleagues, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with others in a team environment, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
