HR Administrator Job Description

Your new company, Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited, is delighted to be partnering with a market-leading organisation within the technology sector who are looking for an HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis due to company growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Onboarding: Manage the full on- and off-boarding process by supporting managers and employees through each step, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • HR Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day HR administrative support, ensuring accurate management of employee paperwork in line with GDPR, legal, and audit requirements.
  • Employee Relations: Support the administration of employee relations matters, including note-taking during formal meetings.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and propose process improvements to enhance HR systems and workflows, developing process guidance as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience: An experienced HR generalist with knowledge across the employee lifecycle, with a basic understanding of UK employment law and experience drafting contractual documents.
  • Skills: Ability to manage workloads independently, make decisions, and escalate issues when necessary.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: £32,000-£38,000 dependent on experience.
  • Full-Time Hours: 37.5 per week (Hybrid working).
