Human Resources Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing support to the HR team and assisting with various HR assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and advise managers on employment relations issues to ensure legislative requirements are met.
- Advise key stakeholders on HR and employment issues through partnership working.
- Undertake exit interviews and provide feedback to appropriate parties.
- Advise managers on the recruitment process and their recruitment strategies.
- Contribute to the development and training of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous HR Advisor or recruitment experience.
- Good level of admin skill and solid IT skills, particularly MS Office.
About the Role:
This is an interesting role working within a highly ethical organisation who does great work throughout the UK. You will be responsible for reporting into the head of HR and assisting the team with various HR assignments.
Working Arrangements:
This is a temporary contract for 6/8 weeks. You will be working in the office, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00, with a hybrid working pattern (minimum 2 days in office).
