This is a temporary PA role that involves a variety of tasks, including document management, post management, and support across several different financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Accurate document and report management.
- Management of incoming and outgoing post.
- Provide support across several different financial tasks.
- Liaise with different stakeholders across the business.
- Diary management.
- Assist with organising and managing events.
- General office administration.
- Support with ad-hoc projects.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Good customer service skills and confidence liaising with different stakeholders.
- A competitive hourly rate.
