We are working with a fast-growing Fintech company that is seeking an experienced HR professional to support their HR team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in HR and work with a progressive and fast-paced organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining HR systems, liaising with candidates, and assisting with the roll-out of HR initiatives.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in HR systems
- Liaising with candidates and stakeholders to coordinate interviews and onboarding processes
- Preparing and sending contracts to new employees
- Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
In addition to these HR-related duties, the successful candidate will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, including:
- Covering reception and responding to queries from employees and stakeholders
- Preparing and coordinating in-house events and meetings
