About the Role

As a Learning & Development Program Manager with Amazon, you will be responsible for leading the design and launch of new learning programs for our customers and overseeing existing programs. This role requires a proven track record of delivering results, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Transportation Associate Programme (TAP) is a key initiative for Amazon, and as a Learning Programme Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the learning experience for our drivers. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop scalable and cost-effective solutions that meet operational requirements.

We are looking for an experienced Learning Programme Manager who can take ownership of the learning and development aspect of TAP in the DEU region. The successful candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver training content for TAP drivers in Germany and the wider EU
  2. Launch new TAP clusters and maintain training in existing clusters
  3. Build mechanisms for quality control and training audit
  4. Support EU TAP/In House Shunting launches
  5. Ensure compliance with industry best practice and local legislation
  6. Engage with key internal stakeholders, including Legal, PXT, WHS, Operations, ACES, Fulfillment/Sort Centre Learning teams, and TAP Leadership
  7. Use data to inform decision making and quantify impact to costs, learning experience, and safety
  8. Provide timely and accurate updates to TAP Leadership on programme developments
