">About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to join our growing global team. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional HR and operational support to our organization's growth.

This varied role suits someone with a solution-focused attitude and experience in human resources, eager to build and deliver an exemplary HR service at a time of rapid growth. The position is a 6-month fixed-term contract with a view to extend.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain employee files and data, ensuring up-to-date information is secure.
  • Create and update contracts, supporting onboarding and probation processes.
  • Monitor absence and leave records, implementing performance management and learning development processes.
  • Manage recruitment administration, including posting vacancies and scheduling interviews.
  • Embed company values and culture throughout the organization, promoting Equality, Diversity, and Inclusivity (EDI).
  • Support continuous improvement of policies and practices, advising staff and line managers on HR issues.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in human resources with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • A qualification in HR to the equivalent of CIPD level 3 or above, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload, handle confidential information.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, computer literacy, and experience with HR systems.
  • Emotional intelligence (EQ) and knowledge of UK employment legislation.
  • Flexible approach to work and passion for climate change/clean energy.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is approximately £30,000-£40,000 per annum, pro rata. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.
