Senior Manager, Talent Development

We are looking for a skilled People & Culture Manager to join our part-time team. As a key member of our Operations circle, you will contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that support our business goals.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with the Operations circle to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Administer employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and feedback mechanisms.
- Manage payroll processes, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks.
- Plan and coordinate team events, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
- Pursue special projects assigned by the Head of People & Culture.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, based on location and experience.
