About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Development Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
You will work closely with our leadership team to understand business needs and develop solutions that drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership to drive the delivery of our HR plans.
- Assist in building a strong talent pipeline and managing recruitment up to c-suite level.
- Coach and mentor junior members of the HR team.
- Use your skills and knowledge to make an impact in key areas such as change management, employee engagement, and talent analytics.
