Job Overview

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational HR activities, including recruitment processes, on-boarding, and employee relations.


About the Job
  • Support the HR team with various tasks, such as managing databases, maintaining records, and facilitating communication between stakeholders.
  • Work closely with line managers and employees to provide exceptional internal service levels and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage Recruitment processes, coordinate events, and facilitate interviews.
  2. Coordinate on-boarding, inductions, and leavers, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  3. Support company rewards and benefits, including annual salary reviews, pension, and holiday entitlement.
  4. Implement policies and procedures, communicate them across the site, and ensure adherence.
  5. Maintain HR database, employee records, and files.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a HR Administration, Assistant, or generalist role.
  • Relevant degree, CIPD qualified, or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
