Senior Manager, People & Culture (Part-time)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, People & Culture to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in modern HR operations and be proficient in ATS, HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate new employee recruitment efforts, including job postings, ATS automations, pipeline management, interview scheduling, and other tasks as necessary.
  • Work with the Operations circle to ensure accurate and compliant employment contracts and EOR arrangements.
  • Administer regular employee satisfaction surveys and provide actionable insights for the Head of People & Culture and management team.
  • Support payroll processes, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Organize team events, including travel arrangements, and maintain accurate documentation of HR procedures in Confluence.
  • Pursue special projects as directed by the Head of People & Culture.
