Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist with HR operations, including ATS pipeline management, candidate scheduling, and onboarding new employees.
  2. Provide administrative support for payroll processes and benefits administration.
  3. Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys, ensuring actionable insights for the management team.
  4. Plan and execute team-building events, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  5. Maintain accurate records of HR procedures in Confluence, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with modern HR operations, including ATS, HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
