Are you looking for a new challenge as an HR Assistant in Edinburgh? We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our HR team at Miller Homes Limited.

As a key member of our HR team, you will assist the Heads of HR in delivering exceptional service to our employees, ensuring that all HR-related matters are handled efficiently and effectively.

  • Manage employee relationships and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to the HR team and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including line managers and employees.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £29,000 - £33,000 per year, based on local market rates and your level of experience.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing first-line advice and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Managing employee data and maintaining accurate records on our HR system.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
