Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at OpSec Security. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process and fulfill customer orders, including expediting and tracking shipments
- Assist with managing customer relationships and building strong partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their orders and account status
Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
