Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Russell Tobin. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer queries, and ensuring that our service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Log and validate customer contacts on our case/call logging system.
  • Resolve customer queries using relevant tools and systems.
  • Manage end-to-end customer contacts, providing regular updates to customers on ticket status.
  • Escalate tickets to another resolution team as required.
  • Monitor ticket queues and handle tickets appropriately.
  • Provide support to multiple desks and accounts if required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer queries.
  • Proficiency in using relevant tools and systems.
